Our house is in a quiet neighborhood fairly centrally located in Vancouver. It is 2,600 sq ft in size and was fully renovated 3 years ago. It is our home, so it is fully furnished. We know all our neighbors and the ones on either side are good friends as well and available for assistance if needed. The apartment is a 3bedroom and consists of a kitchen, dining room, a freezer in the Kitchen a large living room and parlor as well as a 2bathroom with a shower. It has a family room with TV and stereo that opens through french doors to a patio in the back yard. There is also a large sofa bed in the family room which could accommodate another person, and can be considered as the extra room. The Master bedroom has as a modern washer and dryer and and a large bath top which can be converted to a jacuzzi. There is ample parking on the street in front of the house which is safe for parking.
